Dr. Amy
Hi! I’m Dr. Amy, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to Farmgirl Chiropractic. My journey to becoming a chiropractor started back on the farms of Postville, Iowa, where I learned the value of hard work and the importance of taking care of yourself. After graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2024, I knew I wanted to create a space where people could find real, lasting health improvements.
I’m passionate about helping you feel your best, which is why I dedicated extra time to studying chiropractic philosophy, earning a spot in the Legion of Chiropractic Philosophers (LCP), and completed my Diplomate in Philosophical Chiropractic Standards (DPhCS).
At Farmgirl Chiropractic, my mission is to help you take back your life by addressing the full spectrum of your health. Whether you’re dealing with physical pain, emotional stress, or simply want to feel more balanced and energized, I offer care that supports the whole person—integrating physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual alignment to promote true, lasting change. I tailor every visit to meet your needs. Techniques that I provide range from the gentle touch techniques of NetworkSpinal, Directional Non-Force Technique (DNFT), and Activator to the traditional manual adjustment techniques of Diversified, Gonstead, and Thompson. Soft-tissue mobilization therapies are also provided.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me cheering on my sons, Ryder and Raylan, at their activities, hanging out with my Corgi Unica, or working on a craft project. I also love exploring new restaurants and tackling home renovation projects! I am also an active member of the Iowa Chiropractic Society, the International Chiropractors Association, and the International Federation of Chiropractors and Organizations, and I volunteer with the Davenport West High School Band Boosters.
